NCLEX-RN means National Council Licensure Examination-Registered Nurse. It is a computer-adaptive examination of entry-level nursing competence for professionalism in the field. This test or examination is a required step to become a candidate for posessing a license and become a registered nurse. Being a registered nurse through passing this exam entitles you recognition in US states and territories this qualification bears.
